1 Shelly Street
This exciting new development at One Shelly Street is becoming an iconic building in Sydney CBD, comprising of 33,000sqm of Net Lettable Area with 11 storeys. This new building will be known as Macquarie Bank. With its unique diagrid façade, One Shelly Street was an exciting building for HMA Blinds to work with.
HMA Blinds supplied all blinds for 1 Shelly Street, which comprised of a series of both motorised and chain operated roller blinds. A total of 1,224 blinds and were installed using blinds from various suppliers, Vertilux, Markilux and Verosol. HMA Blinds is versatile with supplier brand, as they are able to work with and negotiate several suppliers on a any project, to find the exact product for different aspects of the building.
HMA Blinds were chosen to be the only company to supply and install all of the blinds.
